I think 'people who are not close to digital devices' are the subject of digital divide. I've seen a related article before. A middle-aged man in his 50s once went to a store that handles kiosks, but he didn't know how to use them, so he returned without doing anything. Due to the advent of the digital era and the increase in non-face-to-face services due to Corona 19, more and more places are using digital devices. This digital divide intensifies when there are not many people around who have never used it or have used it. Digital divide makes the marginalized more and more passive, and then the vicious circle continues to deepen the goal of divide.
