 1. What is Wikipedia?

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia of kinds. This is completed by sharing and modifying information together, unlike other encyclopedias. That's why information tends to be updated quickly with the latest.

 

2. Interesting point

Information is less reliable because even non-experts have the authority to modify it. So people don't use Wikipedia as a basis for any argument. Nevertheless, Wikipedia is frequently used to obtain content that requires complex understanding as it contains details of information.

 1. Summary  The Internet has changed our culture so much. First, through the Internet, we can meet people regardless of distance. People in each country communicated over the Internet and reduced the barriers to distance by creating relationships. Also, the Internet has let us stay away from books. 1. What did I learn while editing Wikipedia?  The most important thing I learned from editing Wikipedia is the joy of participating in collective intelligence. Before the class, I only used Wikipedia. But I was given the opportunity to edit Wikipedia through class. It is difficult than I expected to edit a steady every week. But I was pleasantly able to edit the idea that my hard work contributed to making a better encyclopedia. The joy felt when I found a topic that lacked explanation became the driving force for editing. I thought it was a small group of people and I thought it was their job to create a collective intelligence. However, as I edited, I realized that spontaneity and enjoyment were very important factors in creating Wikipedia. 2.
