W3. Why Wikipedia less popular in South Korea than in most other developed countries?

In Korea, I think the reliability of information is important when doing assignments or papers. Since Wikipedia allows even non-experts to write articles, the credibility of information is often questioned in Korea.

Also, there seems to be a lack of publicity for Wikipedia. When I asked my college friends, most of them didn't know exactly what Wikipedia is or how to get information. That's why they tend to use Naver or Google, which is more friendly and comfortable. I think that Wikipedia should be explained frequently and accessible in universities.
