Those who wish to make their work available to the public for a limited kind of use while retaining copyright may consider the use of a CC license. Other people who wish to protect all their rights under copyright law should not use CC licenses.

What does "Some Rights Reserved" mean? Can Creative Commons provide legal advice on licenses or other tools or help enforce CC licenses? Does Creative Commons collect or track data licensed under a CC license?
