Is Wikipedia neutral?

Neutral point of view(NPOV)is the basic rules of Wikipedia and one of the pillars of Wikipedia. All Wikipedia entries and other encyclopedic content must be written from a dispassionate perspective. Under the premise of as far as possible without any prejudice, any important opinions that have been issued in reliable sources are equally expressed.

My views expressed: Wikipedia is a third party that obeys certain operating rules. It is a logical representation of correctness, but the third party does not constitute neutrality.

It also has operating rules, values, and laws to abide by. For those who do not agree with its rules, values, and the laws it abide by, it is not impartial to him, but to the third party. As long as it is an intelligent creature, as long as an object with thinking, the intelligent object will judge a thing [according to its own experience (experience affects thinking) and interests]. [the smallest tendency is also a tendency]

For example, you see that the tree is green, but another person with color blindness sees that it is not green. You are arguing about color, but what is the right answer?

Therefore, when the {Referee} of [Wikipedia] does not have the attribute of "neutrality", management personnel (the person who has the power to decide the entry, including all its participants) determine the tendency of [Wikipedia].
