Nazis and norms / Choi JaeMin (최재민)

 summary

Wikipedia is no longer a simple Internet dictionary. Wikipedia itself has formed a community, within which people interact constructively and reasonably. Users collaborate through such interactions and form the knowledge content needed by Wikipedia.

Wikipedia is designed to make it easier to access multiple pieces of information, all based on efforts to achieve that goal. Thus, multiple people can produce and modify content using collective intelligence within Wikipedia, which provides several editing functions to facilitate the process.

Wikipedia is not just a dictionary. Wikipedia has become a knowledge base for users to exchange and share their feelings and information with each other.

interesting

It was very interesting to learn about the process and purpose of Wikipedia.
I think it's a lot of fun to see how all the innovations and inventions were done, but I was impressed by the way and progress of creating a community-style dictionary where many people can share knowledge.

discussion

But I think.
I think there are too many regulations in Wikipedia today for many people to communicate freely and share their knowledge and information.
Of course, it can be for more accurate, fact-based information, but can't this limit some freedom of expression and information sharing?
