1. Summary

The book explains how Wikipedia has become a successful encyclopedia. Good-will cooperation is a very important key to Wikipedia's functioning properly. Openness is also an important direction among Wikipedia's policies. This book is very helpful in understanding collaborative culture. It describes Wikipedia in terms of socio-cultural and technological aspects. It also allows Wikipedia to face and reflect on its problems. This book is fundamental to Wikipedia research. Wikipedia tries to maintain its neutrality as much as possible, if not impossible. Wikipedia exists only to tell facts, not to judge right or wrong, or to judge truth and falsehood. Neutrality can also be maintained by a number of cooperations and discussions.
