In this situation, is it possible to live without using the Internet? The Internet provides us with tremendous convenience and efficiency. Not using the Internet is like giving up this advantage. The Internet has become essential and indispensable in our lives. Eating every day in our lives doesn't mean we're addicted to eating. Just like this, the Internet has become a part of our lives.

Of course there are several concerns about internet addiction. There are many links between violent Internet games and school violence. However, this is not necessarily due to Internet addiction.
