W5 : Do you think Wikipedia is right to reject censorship?

I think Wikipedia's refusal to censorship is justified.

It is so important to get information if people want to know it. However, some countries do not let people get information because of their political reasons. If information is not obtained, citizens may not be able to fulfill their right role as citizens in society. Also, people are likely to live as the government tells them to. In order for citizens to live their lives with an independent consciousness, information that is not exaggerated is essential.

Moreover, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia which anyone can participate in editing. If Wikipedia accepted censorship, Wikipedia's original meaning pursuing the freedom of people who share information in Wikipedia would get hurt. At least to protect Wikipedia’s dignity and belief, Wikipedia has to reject censorship.

Is there anyone who thinks that Wikipedia should not concern censorship? I would like to know your opinion!
